Chapter 1
My name is Lizann Burke and this is my testimony. Secondary school was the best days that I ever had. This transition from childhood to adolescent was a whole new world that I experimented fully. My body was getting fertilized for germination. My breast began to erect like two lumps of soft dough. My body had special curves in all the right places. There was no exception. My alliances of friends met during this period. This transition marked an unforgettable beginning.
We connected and created a bond that was until death do us part. We made our own rules and lived life to the fullest, never wasting any moment of having fun. The five of us Tricia, Genny, Daniel and Sherry were as thick as thieves.
On some days we just skipped school for a day of joy ride in a maxi. Tricia who knew the conductor of the maxi always organized the road trip. We sometimes go to the beach or the river and hang out. Tricia on the other hand would openly make out with the conductor and sometime they would go into the maxi for a while and then she would come out very disorganized. She later told us that she had intercourse with Dave the conductor. She said she did not wanted to but he said “that is what people do when they are in love and I needed to show him my love for him is real- it was my first time and it hurt”. That was all she said that evening.
The next day we stayed in school. My childhood friend Nikada and I attend the same church and now the same school, she always invited me to attend Inter Christian Fellowship group in school. This group met every Thursday to talk about the bible and coping with challenges faced at school. They adhere to a biblical perspective that leads the lives they lived. Do not matter how much time I turned her down she still invites me. She would encourage me by saying “God is very patient and he will wait, there is always room for you when you are ready”.

a master piece wrtiiten to articulate God's work in our lives,
its focal point concentrates on a near death experience and clinging to the very thing that gives life
