Love's Journey

Love is a gift from God, love is God and God is love. In order to find love and embrace love, one must know God and themselves. This is the only way for true love and everlasting love to win hearts.

How does one know God? Simple! By reading his words, yes The BIBLE! People will be amazed that they can find the true meaning of love in this book.

Knowing oneself is becoming comfortable with who you are, knowing your weaknesses and your strengths. You also need to set goals and objectives within a measurable time frame. Be aware of your likes and dislikes. Never settle for substitutes or less, “this will have to do or maybe there is no prince charming or princess” there is a prince or princes for you and in everyone; you just have to be patient and cling to your faith. Let faith have its perfect way in creating your destiny. For faith makes us believe in miracles and give us hope that all is not lost.

So simple! If we apply this in finding true love we would not have anymore ‘broken hearts’ yes I am sure most of us can testify to this? Those sleepless nights and weeping days, wishing they could come back to me, thinking why me? if I could do one more thing to win them back. Yes, you remember and we do not want to go through that again,

It is sometimes hard to move on. We feel we cannot go on or love some else again because of that dreadful experience. YES YOU CAN! “The reality of can and cannot is that they are both true for which ever one we choose”. It’s okay to hurt because pain brings healing, the word of god says, “sorrow may last for night but joy comes in the morning” so smile and wipe away your weeping eyes 'little Ms. sally walker.’

Align your life with positive thinking and what ever makes you happy. Let go of that experience and take what you want and what you do not want from it and learn. Remember true love does not hurt but heals and ministers so what we deem to be love is not the true essence of love.

Love is a learning process where each stage unfolds each other that draw us closer to our true love because from our prior ordeal we know what we will and will not tolerate.

Love is a journey, so start walking, remembering you are in control or your life "stand for something or fall for anything."

Let Go

I wake up to a sunny day, not a cloud in the sky and it starts to rain. My defenses hit the ground and it shatters all around, so open and expose. But I found strength in the struggle face to face with my trouble. I am broken in a million little pieces trying to understand why do I feel this way? All odds are against me. I am trying to hold on but I cannot hold on any longer. They say when you let go the very thing you love you will find it again as the bible teaches “those who try to save his life shall loose and those who loses his life for my sake shall find it.” Every tear that I cried when you broke my heart, feel down for a reason so I would not stop believing.

I would not cry no more and let you take away the only happiness that I have. For hidden beyond the sky and stars is something waiting for me. This struggle will make me who I am in the future. Sometimes life just gives us lousy situation and it is up to us to make the best out of it, “when life gives you a lemon, make lemonade!” Do not matter how my heart is aching, there is beauty in the breaking and better days are in the making, for every piece that has been broken will find its place once more.

Now ME

I once read a book called 'Before me, After me, Now me.' This book made my top collection of books and inspired me to find the 'Now Me.' it was about a woman who had an ordeal in an intimate relationship that left her with physical disabilities, one such was the amputation of her hand. I felt her pain, how could one continue? she found her strength and faced her past by curbing her mistakes and addressing her future.

I was inspired. I eagerly started searching for my strength. Ha! I found it to be "the use of experiences, through the journey of my life" I used my experience to understand future challenges, ...i found the Now me, living for today and not the disappointment the pass haloed over me... what is your strength?
